Q. What is Gulf War Syndrome
A. It is a term used (by others) to explain the myth, the "collection" and non-specific ailments.

Q. Is Gulf War Syndrome the reason Veterans are sick and dying?
A. Not really-or not as the main cause such as Gulf War Plagues. Some veterans and civilian support services were exposed to Oil Fire fumes, Depleted Uranium and a host of other things which has caused some to be very sick, some have died. Gulf War plague is different to GWS. 

Q. So it this the same GWS Peter Kawaja talks about?
A. No.

Q. What then is the Gulf War Plague Peter.
A. By means of secret US developed manual and aerosolized vaccine, a new strain of transmissible HIV Aids-Ebola mycoplasma as Part-1 that lays dormant can be "activated" by Part-2. 
Activation delivery can be accomplished to mass populations by dusting (otherwise known as Contrail-Chemtrails) or water supplies by a unique process with Prussian Blue-YR.  
Gas Masks and certain MOPP clothing offer no protection, and water supplies become contaminated (this was recorded by Peter Kawaja as US Congress-type persons at a lavish dinner meeting with Terrorists laughed as they referred to this new strain as SAYONARA. 
Depending upon which VACCINE strain and delivery (it is my belief several tested in Desert Storm), extended slow death over years as HIV "communicable cancer" plague can be achieved. 
Hundreds of thousands of Gulf Veterans are carriers who have passed this to civilians and family members. It is also in the animal and rodent population - per Chuck & Julianne Hamden/ex-NSA agent who wrote documents for my website years ago until the Hamden's daughter was threatened at her school by a man with a gun, the Hamden's sent out a document showing the Police were called to the school by the Principal, their daughter threatened to be raped. 
The Hamden's have since disappeared.
It is my belief millions of Americans are already carriers waiting for Part-2. This concerns me for the big push on the Smallpox Vaccine program currently underway and the statements that the US "will suffer" a biological terrorist attack, even with the implemented Homeland Security, we will still be victimized, I am saddened by this US revelation. 
Service members are being vaccinated and sent to Iraq ONCE AGAIN! We civilians are next in line for a mandatory Vaccine, or as a result of a "terrorist attack" - we will have to "accept the vaccine". HOWEVER - Boyd Graves is also promoting a "cure" for HIV. Peter Kawaja has not been able to investigate the "cure", but as Garth Nicolson stated in writing to Peter Kawaja, THERE IS NO CURE for GWS-mycoplasma (and Nicolson OUGHT TO KNOW!), it can only be put in remission to lay dormant. Dear Dr: Gallo: Is it still your opinion that the conversation as posted in Dr. Len Horowitz's book did not take place, and do you still hold that Garth Nicolson attended some of the secret program's meeting at the Hershey Medical Center?

The narrative for the development of the ESP-1 virus is located at page 120 of the 1971 progress report, under contract to 
M.D. Anderson Hospital Medical Center
in Houston, the U.S. nazi hub. The ESP-1 virus was developed from the Burkitt's Lymphoma of a five year old boy. This boy is the true patient zero of AIDS.

 

GWI - HIV is a different STRAIN of Mycoplasma-HIV, perhaps this is why Dr. Nicolson wrote what he did to Peter Kawaja, in response to questions I posed to Dr. Nicolson.

Q. Then is Prussian Blue what we think it is?
A. NO. Most people have assumed because I used the word that has a textbook meaning that it is a simple Hydrogen Cyanide. I am only using this term because I named my book "Prussian Blue & The New World Order". So the public does not know what "it" really is.

Q. What about the Reigle Report we have read so much about?
A. The Reigle Report is another part of the Disinformation Pysops campaign that has led veterans away from the real criminal issues.  The report was put together by Jim Tuite an ex-Secret Service agent in favor of the Israeli Lobby. Senator Reigle was used to present (place) their document into the 103rd National Congress as plausible deniability to give the perpetrators the reverse (ability) method for Americans who would be fed the double-reverse lie "no one used, there is no evidence anyone used any chemical or biological weapons in desert storm"  - so that the controlled opposition (mouthpieces) would push; "aha - look what was sold to Iraq". The conclusion, YOU believe the US is lying but what lie is exposed then? Not a criminal act - but an act of stupidity, of omission-error, golly, we NEVER THOUGHT Saddam would ever use this to make his own stash of WMD, he said he wanted it for medical research.   
Senator Reigle was under criminal investigation for his role in The Keating Five scandal and cooperated to present this document to Congress so it would be on-record just before Peter Kawaja filed his law suit.  
THE END RESULT HOWEVER - what American Veterans remember out of all the soundbytes IS - Saddam was sold weapons and used them on Americans. So it is believed Saddam/Iraq who is the perpetrator.  Not defending anyone, the US (if you read my report on USARMS on this website) you will know has sold weapons to MANY nations. The "cultures" sold legally to Iraq could have been made into weapons I do not dispute. BUT - Saddam was NOT sold the special Mycoplasma-HIV that produced and killed veterans and none of that would be in the Reigle Report - hence why this report is MISLEADING and NOT EVIDENCE. It allows the US to look like we made a mistake and sold things to a tyrant not knowing he was a tyrant - when so much documentation by the DOD is available to show the US knew long before 1990 who and what Saddam is or is capable of doing. He is NOT a nice guy. 
The results of Dr. Asa's study and other leaks prove, GWP is a US creation (not Saddam) and a derivative of the US Special Virus Program on AIDS-HIV, Dr. Nicolson being involved in that and he was the one used to now step forward to sway the information to Iraq and the Scuds of Saddam being the cause. This is how Joyce Riley and he used the Reigle Report.

AMAZING - why has none of you ever questioned; how is it the US just didn't produce even ONE SCUD warhead and magically find it filled with (or traces left over) what they could prove Saddam used to kill Americans?  How is it that the US blew up those Iraqi munitions bunkers AFTER the war, we did not bomb them, we had control of the ground. What did the US want to GET RID OF? Just like we destroyed the Murrah Building evidence, the WACO evidence, and the WTC evidence. How is it the UN inspectors long ago, immediately after the war when Saddam could not hide anything, when we were still occupying Iraq, DID NOT PRODUCE ANY EVIDENCE?

They could have covered it up neatly, just show us one scud, give us the answer, then destroy the evidence (as it was done anyway). But all these years, the blame could have been placed squarely on Saddam, there would be no mystery, and the US would have had all our support against Saddam - BUSH 1 & 2 would have gotten exactly what they want, whether Saddam did make something and use it, or we took something there and used it - they would have won hands down and no conspiracy. The Reigle Report would be moot point and not needed. OOPS sorry, oh you just saw why the Reigle Report WAS CREATED, or HAD TO BE CREATED?

You are NOT THINKING CLEARLY, they have polluted your mind so you cannot think without the database of garbage already in your head so you come to their conclusions they want.

BUT - I am waiting for the day a War Crimes court is held and let me tell you, IF the US "gave secretly" this US-HIV to Saddam, it ends up WORSE or the SAME - for the US. Then someone will have to show me HOW Saddam delivered Vaccines to Veterans and how he reached across America to give it to those who did not deploy. 

The real evidence is not contained in the cultures or the Reigle Report. Yes, Saddam could make VX gas, Anthrax, yada-yada. Gulf Plague is not the same, and any such usage by Saddam of alternate WMD would not have infected such mass amounts spread over the WIDE theater of operations, and those "conventional" WMD have an immediate purpose, kill on contact or make ill/disable BUT WITH SPECIFIC VISIBLE PHYSICAL SIGNS that everyone would have seen and known in 1991, and we could have treated Veterans.  There would not have been ANY mystery diseases. You have been fooled by those who claim to be "experts". Not only does the VA and DOD know this, but Nicolson and Riley should have told you this - but it would then debunk the Reigle Report and their role and purpose long ago.

BUZZ - sorry to inform you, conventional WMD even if used by Saddam is not the cause. The Reigle Report is a diversion. It does show however, how sick the US is, because NONE of those cultures should have been sold to Iraq, BECAUSE the US was well aware of Saddam. If we can prosecute using the Reigle Report - LETS DO IT. But it isn't going to be the "corporations",  you need to go after the US COMMERCE DEPARTMENT, and the US ADMINISTRATION, then the US MILITARY - DOD, then the Presidential Advisory Committees; who ALL have claimed, NO ONE USED and THERE IS NO EVIDENCE ANYONE USED. (In reality they are 99% correct - a longer story to explain). 

Q. Can the Reigle Report be used as evidence to prosecute the corporations who sold any of these materials, biological "cultures" to Iraq?
A. No!   Iraq was not on the State Department list of banned (terrorist) nations, such as Libya. It was not illegal to sell (even real)  weapons to Iraq prior to the actual Gulf War-1, much less biological "cultures", or dual use technology.   
No case can be made that American firms "should have known" Saddam would use their products/technology for weapons because the US Commerce Department (and State Department) is responsible for "export licenses" and international sales. 
The materials sold to Iraq identified in the Reigle Report were made legal by THE UNITED STATES itself. You would have to prosecute the UNITED STATES first then go after US corporations, not the other way around. 
Lawyers making other claims to veterans are a Ruse. Of course, the methods used by Zionist Jews (ref-Holocaust moneys) for what some would call religious blackmail could work - by embarrassing companies in the court of world public opinion especially in the light of these post 9-11 times and Gulf War Redux. Companies would pay a settlement to keep out of the news to not look like they are Iraq or Arab-Muslim "sympathetic" I suppose, and lawyers could extract a handsome sum from a few fat corporations who would succumb to this tactic, enriching the lawyers mostly. This would not do anything to resolve the Gulf War plagues.

Q. Is there anything that can help Veterans, any recourse for Veterans and civilians who are sick or have died after Desert Storm?
A. YES!    There is another side to the Gulf War Syndrome, it is called (so you relate here) Gulf War Plagues, or GWP, not an illness as-in GWI.

Q. Okay what is the information that can help veterans and why have they not been made aware all this time?
A. Let us ease into the subject this way, as the deception has been ongoing for many years.

A scenario so you can relate to the second piece of information:

You are an undercover cop who walked into a bank to cash a check, you're in plain clothes, unshaven, look like a regular civilian. In comes a gang to rob the bank, you left your gun in the car (humor me please!) - so you are helpless. During the robbery, one of the gunmen walks past you and you recognize a specific earring and tattoo on his neck. That same gunman ends up shooting an 8-month pregnant bank teller because she didn't put money in the sack fast enough.

You go to your superiors at Police headquarters, you're part of an elite anti-terrorist squad at the FBI so the gunmen didn't recognize you - but you know who shot the woman and you were there, you HAVE credible evidence because you took photos of that same person selling nukes to terrorists but your superiors didn't want to arrest him yet because they wanted to follow their trail and get who sent them to your country to buy those nukes. (I can make this blow by blow so a dummy can follow - I trust those of you who have read some my history before are following this parallel).

Instead of prosecuting the gunman for not only robbing the bank and shooting the pregnant woman, you become a target of the government because you let it slip to the police chief who you really were, and that you would go to the media with the story if they did nothing. What you didn't know was, the murderer was the son of the local Police Chief and now the Chief is using all his power to blacken your name and make you look bad.

Additionally, the chief gets some street criminals to go along with him and one of the other gunmen who was there - to come forward and start making claims about you. They use the IRS to destroy you, kill your wife, burn your home. So you are broke and cannot continue.  But they threaten you if you come forward in court and present evidence against the Police Chief's son, they will bring out these other credible persons to talk about you and counter your claims as to who shot the teller.  You are broke and grieving for your wife and other American victims who will be killed by the terrorists nukes, when you recorded a rogue group of bad cops want to make it look like it was a Chicano Gang who would use the nukes, but you know different.

A year later you have regained your strength and you are sad and mad enough because the Police Chief made statements on TV when a building in Texas is nuked and the wrong people accused. Now, innocent Americans are dead to the tune of 10,000 who were in the building, and you know who did it - the same people. You file a law suit because amazingly, before your wife died she made copies of a video tape you recorded proving who sold the nukes, and when coupled with the footage from the bank robbery which caught the same earring and tattoo - you can nail the Chief's son and now bring down the entire Police Precinct and higher officials at FBI who went along with this crime to cover it up and even come after you to stop you from exposing it to help the victim's families and all Chicanos.

Magically, after you file your law suit - a female nurse who is not practicing any longer but doing a radio show called Nurse Talk Radio contacts you and says she is about to break this story on her nurse show, somehow SOMEONE showed her some documents and a well known person said "you have got to meet this guy in Boca Raton, his name is Peter Kawaja", and I (she) said Kawaja? No one is named Kawaja - but yes, there is a very real Peter Kawaja, I contacted him and began months of communications back and forth with him, and I'm so glad he didn't loose faith in me, because I LEARNED THE TRUTH BEHIND WHO MURDERED THE PREGNANT BANK TELLER. So the nurse promoted this on her nurse talk radio show.

She comes to Florida to meet you and within a week or two - she falls in love with you and tells you she has land in Kansas and she wants to get married and we can both go live there to be safe and fight to get the truth out to help Americans, I would (have to) bring all my evidence there.

You showed her some of the video tape and she is CONVINCED you can prosecute the crimes.

The nurse and you form a veterans group - well actually you come up with the idea and the name, but you are so broke you cannot afford the phone lines and operating staff, so the nurse offers to use her phone lines at another building in Texas (hmm) and another address she has in Texas (hmm) where people can respond and send EVIDENCE and DONATIONS.

You go along with it and do a presentation before a live group of people who want answers. The Nurse gets up and says; Veterans do not even know Peter Kawaja exist, they do not know what Peter Kawaja has done for them all these years, I had no idea he was fighting for all of us all these years. Peter Kawaja is THE KEY to prosecute this crime. I have no evidence. Ladies and gentlemen you are so lucky to be here tonight because you will hear a story you will not believe, I want to introduce to you THE MAN WHO WILL SAVE AMERICA - Mr. Peter Kawaja.  applause.

You find out through your inside sources after doing this presentation with her (which was video taped) that the nurse isn't who she says she is and to top it off, she is pressing you to get married and move to the land where she wants you to bring your "evidence".

You distance yourself from her.  She says "things will have to change". Now behind your back, the nurse who is funded by a religious cult where the Police Chief attends church funnels all kinds of money and gets the nurse on radio shows and promotes the nurse - who changes her story about who the perpetrators are, tells the audiences about a different document and sells the audiences copies even though the document is public record and never mentions your name or your "real" evidence.

You are black listed by all radio stations but the nurse is promoted as THE person who discovered this story after years of research (even though you have her on tape saying "after hours of research"), and the materials she claims is evidence is really public record. But because she is the ONLY voice on the radio - veterans believe her story as well as parents and friends, the money comes rolling in. 

Years pass and many veterans die off over these years suffering to their death hoping someone will help. Her Reigle Report points in another direction, and it isn't evidence specific to a felony crime, just allegations and therefore she does not open a class action suit on behalf of the victims, but continues to enrich herself whilst they suffer and die off. In addition, to make sure no other radio host will have you as a guest, the nurse begins to tell people stories behind your back, not publicly because she is on record on that video you made together years ago now replaced with other videos of her (only) appearances, you are never mentioned.

Back to reality. 

It is now 13 years after Desert Storm. The world is now facing a new Desert Storm #2. The United States has made a case against Saddam Hussein having and will use Weapons of Mass Destruction and telling the world, THAT IS the reason the US will invade Iraq, spend BILLIONS of dollars in manpower, support services and BOMBS (rather than helping veterans of Gulf War #1) to bomb and kill more Iraqis in the second Gulf War, mostly innocent people - when the US has a beef with ONE MAN, Saddam Hussein.

People of the entire world marched this weekend to the tune of some 11 million concerned about war with Iraq. 

Veterans of Gulf War-1 never got to know the real story and meet Peter Kawaja. As Joyce Riley said to the audience in 1995, "they do not even know that Peter Kawaja exists".

YET - since 1995, Joyce Riley and Garth Nicolson have steadfastly told veterans and the world about the Riegle Report, claiming it is the evidence, and not telling Veterans about Peter Kawaja.

Having read the "story" above, if you have read the events from 1990 to present about my life, you can now understand a part of the truth and THE DECEPTION by others which affect you and everyone else.

World War is a subject everyone today is concerned about. Weapons of mass destruction is now a word on every American's mind and in their vocabulary.  Homeland Security has raised the Terrorist threat to high and told Americans go buy Duct tape and plastic sheets, there will be a NBC - WMD attack on America.

WHAT WILL IT TAKE FOR AMERICANS TO WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH?

Do you not want to know how to protect your children? Oh you do?

Millions marched across the world to try and stop the war - but if it is not this war, what about the next and the next and the next - as the US has already told you, the US is in a world war against "terrorism" and the axis of evil.  That includes not just Iraq, but other nations who do have NUCLEAR - WMD.  North Korea already stated on TeeVee - even if you bring this to the UN and they take a position on it, we will consider it an act of war.

Therefore, Americans can expect as Homeland Security has told us, not one, but ongoing terrorist war against Americans IN AMERICA.

Well, what if those terrorists have a "secret" weapon or worse, what if a rogue military intelligence group that wants the US at world war themselves have that special weapon and will use it ON AMERICANS to make us believe it was outside terrorists so we support world war - that you cannot defend against and YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN ARE GOING TO DIE.  You heard me - YOU are going to die, hundreds of MILLIONS worldwide will be dying.

Why does Peter Kawaja want you to know about Joyce Riley and Garth Nicolson?

Well as starters, for the very same reason both of them should have been telling you about Peter Kawaja.  But there is a higher and much more serious purpose;

It is documented fact that Peter Kawaja was THE person to claim a conspiracy and claim there is a Gulf War cover-up. Matter of fact, Peter Kawaja made these claims BEFORE Desert Storm, how "earlier" can you get?

Since 1990 Peter Kawaja went public - and you would think if Peter had evidence on foreign terrorists, the US itself would be parading Peter since 1991 before you. Or how about right now, with Bush trying to make the case before the world to go to war with Iraq?

Hmm, start thinking now, let the blood flow and the electricity spark some thought.

Statements made by Peter Kawaja since 1990 are all documented as FACTS by the UNITED STATES, by FBI, and even by mainstream world Media such as ABC-Nightline and the Financial Times of London.  Hmm.

So instead of hailing Peter Kawaja for his work in gathering evidence for the US that would prosecute terrorists, the US instead served Peter with a War Powers Act warrant and then Sealed the evidence as US National Security (like who killed JFK), and never told you - the people of America, the truth.

BUT - someone else who does NOT have any evidence nor any involvement directly with counter-terrorism or bioweapons is being promoted to you as "the expert" you should be listening to.

Now to counter what Peter's evidence would prove to you, a document called the Riegle Report was put together and entered into the 103rd National Congress. This document is nothing more than different pieces of PUBLIC RECORDS, Invoice/Statements from such places as the US Commerce Department, but then innuendos and such are made to say well, US corporations sold biological cultures to Iraq via legal US Commerce export license, and gee - Saddam lied to us, he was supposed to use them for medical research. 

WHAT CAN WE DO? How sad for veterans. How embarrassing for the US.   

DO YOU SEE NOW - it ends there, a dead end, a go nowhere, no felony crimes, no war crimes-just sad tales, errors, and no one is criminally prosecuted, BUT;

The world and especially American Veterans are led (by the likes of Joyce Riley and Nicolson) to believe this is the and ONLY evidence by Riley (essentially inferring) - PER THE RIEGLE REPORT, you were lied to by the US who made an error in selling these cultures, but if you want to HATE someone for your sickness and the deaths in your family, well - look here, the Riegle Report shows you who to hate - Saddam, Iraqis, Arabs, Muslims. 

Shades of WTC 9-11.

In 1995 after Peter filed a (1994) law suit charging agents of and the Bush Administration with Treason, War Crimes, Crimes against America, Crimes when death occurs (two and a half pages of felony and war crimes), magically, out of the smoke and dust of the Murrah building bombing steps forward  a nurse and a doctor.  The nurse comes to Peter and says, I want to help you.

When Peter does not go along with blaming it all on Saddam and does not marry the nurse and give her his evidence, the nurse stops telling veterans about Peter, but tells them the evidence is something else.

The doctor - who made many trips to Boca and West Palm Beach - Florida, who came to the home of Peter Kawaja, who has put it in writing "you have more information on the bigger picture", and many other statements, NEVER tells Veterans or his listening audiences about Peter Kawaja.  The doctor NICOLSON states he wants to only talk about his material, yet the same Nicolson makes a video with Joyce Riley, the nurse who admitted on Video SHE HAS NO EVIDENCE OF HER OWN !, the same nurse who also is on Video telling you (earlier-not now) - "Peter Kawaja is the key to this entire story".

At the same time, the doctor also never tells veterans of his true background and research work on the US Special Virus AIDS-HIV (GWP) program, but asks veterans to send in their blood for testing to "him", as Riley asks veterans for copies of their DD-214, they will get a free video of "her" telling them about the Riegle Report, and they should send any evidence they have to her, including recently (aired on The Free American radio hour and by emails from Clay Douglas), Riley is also asking veterans for samples of their DNA.

WHAT HAS JOYCE RILEY DONE with Evidence collected from Veterans for EIGHT YEARS?   

DID JOYCE RILEY FILE A LAW SUIT AGAINST THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION?

NO! - Yet she claims to have "evidence".  What has she done with the evidence?

Peter Kawaja is THE ONLY PERSON who brought a law suit against the Bush Administration charging War Crimes, all other law suits were against companies who sold cultures and products to Iraq - monetary law suits that will not help veterans.

WHAT HAS RILEY DONE? - told veterans who did go the the gulf what they already know - all the while enriching herself in many ways, and all the while WITHHOLDING other evidence that could help veterans. 

Nancy Nicolson however, was very outspoken and did let us know how she was poisoned by people in the department where her husband worked and Nancy Nicolson also wrote to Peter (in addition to spending time with Peter in Florida alone) that she was poisoned in Israel after she made a presentation to the Jewish Arms Dealers on what they had done. Nancy Nicolson has since disappeared from the public.  

Doctor Nicolson never explained his role in the US Special Virus program, contracted out to the M D ANDERSON CANCER Hospital as Boyd Graves puts it - the US NAZI HUB.   Nicolson's name appears on the documents of the US Special Virus ( HIV ) Program as far back as 1970-1972, but Nicolson never made that information available to his audiences until it was exposed in 1999 and no one has questioned him or the DOD or PAC's about the HIV-Mycoplasmas found in Desert Storm Veterans, even those who DID NOT DEPLOY ! 

This is the tip of the avalanche. Years later after Peter started exposing the storyline brought to you by Nicolson and Riley, both of them started to include information about vaccines, but again, shaping the information and controlling what they put out. As Peter Kawaja exposed them over the years, they changed their storylines a little at a time - however always talking out of both sides of their mouths, leading veterans to believe the evidence is in the Riegle Report following the "story" that GWS was created and caused by Saddam - leaving veterans worldwide with no recourse but to suffer and die. Riley even explains this in her lectures:

Joyce Riley has had 8 years of free and heavy exposure to the world, promoted as the person who is telling you the truth on GWS.  Yet she has no direct evidence of her own, nor was she even IN the Gulf War theatre. She never left States-side. Yet her stories (UNDOCUMENTED) has you believing otherwise, and she is hailed as exposing a cover-up on GWS. 

NOW - if Joyce Riley and Garth Nicolson were concerned Americans and never met Peter Kawaja and like so many others who have put up their own website and written about what "they feel" is why Veterans are sick, I would have no issue with either of them. 

However both of these people met me in person and have spent time with me and know I have "evidence", Riley does NOT.  Garth and Nancy Nicolson has exchanged some papers with me.

Joyce Riley however was privy to MORE.  She has admitted that she saw other documents, evidence that is not public record or which she does not have copies, but she admitted ON THE AIR (as well as on video and in 1999 on a radio program Sweet Liberty) that she did see them !

My issue with Nicolson and Riley is not a personal feud, it is criminal in nature. I am and have been exposing for years, crimes against Americans and Veterans. 

By lying to her audiences all these years, Joyce Riley has betrayed not just Peter Kawaja, but all Americans. By not telling the whole truth so help her GOD, she has given comfort and aid to the enemy and should be prosecuted under the new Patriot Terrorist Laws of The UNITED STATES and Homeland Security.

By hiding what she knows, she has misled Veterans and their families of Gulf War-1, allowed veterans to suffer for years, some die, giving them false hope when she has deliberately hidden information that could have helped them.

Because she TOOK the role as spokesperson for all veterans (although no one made her their spokesperson and no one gave her permission to SCREEN evidence) - and because she has made her claim to fame on the dead bodies and suffering of Veterans, she has a duty and obligation to all veterans to tell them ALL THE TRUTH and to account for EIGHT YEARS of collecting moneys and evidence on behalf of veterans that she has not accounted for but used personally or claim she used it to make videos to give to veterans, etc. 

By her evading forming a legitimate 501C3 Corporation so as not to pay taxes on those moneys, she has violated IRS laws and made sure no one can track her income and what she has done with hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars over EIGHT YEARS bringing the same story, whilst hiding other information.  We only learned about $80,000.00 or another $25,000.00 just on one radio show aired by Clay Douglas of The Free American.

Because Veterans and their families believe the story told to them - they did not pursue information that Peter Kawaja had for them which could have changed the entire Gulf War story and focus of families and patriotic Americans long ago and gotten relief for suffering Veterans.

Because Riley and Nicolson kept telling you their tales about Saddam's Scuds (even if they started talking about vaccines because Peter Kawaja pushed them in a corner to talk about it) or telling you THE evidence is The Riegle Report, and BECAUSE even knowing Peter Kawaja on a personal basis and SEEING evidence that could help solve the Gulf War Syndrome lies, yet keeping that information from Veterans and their families, and as a result, no mass movement got behind Peter Kawaja's law suit - today, many more well intentioned American families are about to loose their sons and daughters, wives and husbands in another war with Iraq, one way or another - by what will take place in that new war or by the VACCINES.

I believe STRONGLY - had America been told the truth and known about Peter Kawaja and my evidence back in 1991 or 1995 and all throughout these years, there never would have been a 9-11, and Americans would have had MORE information to make an informed decision on whether we should go to war with Iraq again.

As a public figure - Joyce Riley, and as a News Media person with her own radio program for years HAS A DUTY AND OBLIGATION to her audience. She has a duty as an American to save American lives. She has a duty and obligation to NOT screen information but to say, hey - I think the Riegle Report shows this, but listen, I met this guy back in 1995 and I saw some documents that will rock what you think you know. You all need to evaluate his evidence because he is the ONLY PERSON that I know of that was served a War Powers Warrant and HIS EVIDENCE was sealed by the US. I have seen and have a copy of many of his documents. 

Let me tell you, I am on tape, I am on video with him and this is the man I said who WILL SAVE AMERICA.  I may be wrong, but what I cannot deny is what I have seen. You have to listen to him, you have to support his case, and it will take us to some conclusions about Desert Storm. 

I cannot represent him and make the statements he does, so I will just let him tell you what I myself saw and found out back in 1995, you decide for yourself on his information and documents.

Joyce Riley HAS AN OBLIGATION as a newscaster, as a radio personality who has made claims about herself and her "research" on Gulf War Illness.  She did not have an obligation to only talk about Peter Kawaja, but she had an obligation to talk about Peter Kawaja as-well. As time passed, any other evidence that she came across should have been listed on her AGWVA website, especially seeing that it was originally formed by Peter Kawaja and named by Peter Kawaja to HELP VETERANS.  

That is correct, Peter Kawaja is the person who came up with the idea and name of THE AMERICAN GULF WAR VETERANS ASSOCIATION as a way to get the word out to VETERANS. And because Riley claimed to be a Gulf Veteran and because she claimed in 1995 she wanted to help me help veterans, Peter allowed her to use her address and phone number for the AGWVA.

When I severed my ties with Joyce Riley, I could not transfer the (her) phone line and had no radio program or method to reach people (being black-listed by PAYtriot media) she assumed ownership role of AGWVA but did not use that association to present Peter Kawaja to Veterans, only to enrich herself at their expense WHILST giving comfort and aid to the perpetrators, because Joyce Riley is On VIDEO and on Audio - ON RECORD confessing that Peter Kawaja IS THE KEY TO THE ENTIRE GWS STORY, "and" - she SAW documents in Florida that are not public record.

If Peter Kawaja did not give her copies of secret documents that are evidence (but showed her some), Riley should have been the one all these years blasting it over her radio shows and website - telling veterans to contact Peter Kawaja, I saw documents he has that can help you.  You should call him, write him - here is his home address and phone.

Did this happen? NO!

Peter Kawaja is not seeking to simply discredit anyone. Nicolson and Riley placed themselves into the public domain, they became public figures when THEY decided to step into the Gulf War limelight and make public statements about themselves and their research. They both only came into the Gulf War Syndrome arena in 1995 AFTER my Law Suit was filed and the Murrah Bombing.

Joyce Riley since 1995 has been telling her audiences - she came back sick from Desert Storm and began research wanting to know why she was sick with GWS and implying she has been researching GWI for years.

BUT - in 1999 she admitted live on the air, "I was sick for 3 years (when she came back in 1991) I did not become involved in this until 1995 when a woman named Linda Thompson told me about him "(Kawaja).  (You can hear it from Riley's own mouth).  Riley admitted she only became involved in 1995 and on tape she stated "after researching this hours" (in 1995). 

THAT IS NOT WHAT SHE  HAS PORTRAYED IN HER SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS.  

To add insult to veterans and more injury to Peter Kawaja, Joyce Riley went out of her way to secretly discredit Peter Kawaja so veterans would not listen to him and radio hosts would not allow him on their show. As a result, Joyce Riley has PERSONALLY made it her issue to control what Veterans and Americans know, and has deliberately withheld information that THEY needed to hear to make their own INFORMED DECISION - exactly what is being argued today about the war with Iraq, that Americans need information to make an informed consent. 

WITHHOLDING WHAT YOU KNOW - WHAT YOU HAVE SEEN whether you agree with or like the person or where the evidence leads is tantamount to LYING and in this case - TREASON. When that lie leads to DEATH of innocent people, the person who withheld the information is as guilty (in my opinion) as the one who pulled the trigger, dropped the bomb, gave the vaccine.  GUILTY !

Now - over the years, since 1996, in 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 - I have challenged Joyce Riley to an open debate. Every person who publicly asked Riley to enter the debate has fallen victim to something.

Most recently I made an appearance on The Victor Thorn show - after Clay Douglas notified me that Riley was threatening anyone who handled my tapes. The night I went on the air not only was I blocked (many people wrote to tell me they could not listen), and not only was the audio turned down so I could NOT hear the host/Victor Thorn, but there was an electronic device used to put a special type of noise (one way) so I could not focus nor hear, nor talk. It was meant to disrupt my thought patterns. I did not let this be known until today.

Then I received contact from Jackie Patru who wrote to me through someone else stating she has been trying to reach me but her emails were being blocked and not reaching me.

NOTICE THE DATE.   I wrote back to Jackie and arranged to call her on the weekend.   

On the weekend when I tried calling Jackie Patru - her line was busy continuously. When I finally reached her on Sunday, Jackie Patru told me her partner/husband Chuck Howard died last night of a heart attack.

On a recent Sweet Liberty show dedicated to Chuck, Jackie told how she found him outside in the back - dead.

I will not draw any conclusions at this time, nor do I wish to even believe there was any relation to Jackie Patru finally after several years, having the urge to move forward and have Peter Kawaja back on her show even if it meant being cancelled. Patru was threatened by Joyce Riley several years ago with a law suit.

NOW - whether it is coincidence or timely, I know what grief does. I know what it is to loose the most important person in your life. 

I will not accept that there has been foul play. But I also know grieving sucks the wind out of your sails, it drains energy and the will to fight until you have gone through a period of grieving.

It is my wish and hope there is no connection to Chuck's death, and maybe he was suffering from some heart or other disease and this was even expected. My documents are not based on ONE incident. I hope it was his time to go, plain and simple.

Subject: Nurse Abbie and More Mysterious Events

Hello all,

As most of you know, Nurse Abbie Bakaric has been actively publicizing Gulf War illnesses on her radio show, KTUR  AM1040.  She, and partner, Michael Ray, have used a lot of their air time, which has been from  Monday to Friday from 10 until noon, in addressing sick veterans issues.  Abbie has been able to help both as a nurse and as a broadcaster.  She used this medium to raise money for Sheilas surgery, though another 17K is still needed, and had every intention of using her talents for the benefit of  veterans over the long haul.  

Beginning on the 10th March, the same date that she wrote a letter in support of a debate between  Peter Kawaja and Joyce Riley, which she believed would clear the air, and hopefully mitigate the divisions between many veterans, her e-mails to me all arrived hacked off.  Since last Friday, the 13th, hmmm...she has not been able to receive e-mail...From Friday to Monday, she was completely bumped off line, and her server continues to try to solve the e-mail problem. As though this were not disconcerting enough, she received a call from her station saying that the show, which has been very succesful, was no longer needed on the air. Additionally, prior to this turn of events, she received a decidedly threatening e-mail from a clown too cowardly to identify himself accurately, and identified as Vaporlocked.

I have learned since researching Gulf War illnesses that it is unlikely that the events are mere coincidences, and wanted to let you all know. Please feel free to call the station at 801-363-1016 to verify  this  information.  It is certain that my well meaning and talented friend could use some support and encouragement.  It would be tragic if she were to decide to leave the Gulf War issues, for as you all know, there are not too many who are willing to take up the cause, let alone stay with it.

    I think that it is time that the air gets cleared for the benefit of all Gulf War Vets and their families...and all Americans -  The questions that have been brought to the forefront are too many to list via e-mail.  I have learned that you obviously have many 'opponents' concerning your stance with GWI and I offer you the opportunity to defend yourself to those who discredit you.

    Some praise you, while others detest what they feel that you stand for.........mainly, because they receive no response from you concerning allegations brought against you.....quite frankly, these allegations seem very serious.  I know that many would like to hear the TRUTH, and I offer you the means to explain and defend yourself in an open forum - public radio.  I'm sure that you know by now that Mr. Peter Kawaja has presented a video concerning many of these allegations against you.  He has offered to openly discuss these issues with you - will you accept his invitation?  If not, those who ask this of you wish an explanation as to why not?  These issues will not simply go away.  They must be confronted.

Captain Joyce Riley and the "Gulf War Syndrome" February 5, 1997 To whom it may concern:

In recent weeks, some subscribers to The New American, including a few members of The John Birch Society, have implored the editors to publish a story about the alleged Gulf War Syndrome, based on information disseminated in speeches, printed materials, and videotapes by Captain Joyce Riley (USAF Reserve, retired), founder of the American Gulf War Veterans Association.

 This memo will attempt to explain why it would be unwise to do so. It will cite a handful of excerpts from four videotapes of speeches delivered by Captain Riley between August 28, 1995 and July 15, 1996. We shall not discuss in any great detail the basic medical, political, and conspiratorial aspects of the incredibly complicated question of what happened to our military forces during and after the Gulf War, or the extent to which the war may have been responsible for the maladies which many veterans are suffering. We continue to investigate those issues.

Our purpose here is merely to indicate why many aspects of Captain Riley's scenario, and the evidence on which it is based, must be taken with a proverbial grain of salt.

To give context to the examples that will be cited, a brief summary of how Captain Riley became interested in the Gulf War illness issue is necessary.

Joyce Riley was an Air Force Reserve flight nurse (she has been a nurse for more than 25 years) in the late 1970s. In her words, she "got out of the Reserve, but then went back in [in 1991] when I heard there was a war, and I heard that many people were going to be injured. And they said we need trained flight nurses. I wanted to be involved. By her account, "I got all ready to go, but then the cease fire came and I was not sent over to Desert Storm. I served instead as C-130 air evacuation flight nurse in the United States. Her unit was stationed at Kelly Air Force base in San Antonio.

Captain Riley readily acknowledges that "I didn't even go to the Persian Gulf", and usually makes that clear at some point early in her speeches. Yet, further along, she tends to describe her role in terms that could mislead those in her audience who might miss (or forget) the disclaimer. Such phrases as: ** "So as I came back from Desert Storm, I didn't get any answers..."; ** "I was unfortunately ill when I returned from Desert Storm, as were many people. I served six months doing active duty missions, and I came back ill..."; ** "... right before I went to Desert Storm..."; and ** "I did not know that I would return six months later very sick..." are examples.

There are many other examples, in addition to those we have catalogued more in self-defense than to pick a fight with Captain Riley, that could be cited. As noted earlier, Captain Riley advised one of her audiences: "All I am saying is that when you read material in the newspaper, check it out. Ask questions. Don't just go, 'Oh, wow. They're telling me the whole story." That is excellent advice. And it should be applied to Captain Riley's own Gulf War illness message.  

We remain skeptical, especially since Captain Riley has stated, "I reserve the right to keep my sources confidential, and I will continue to do that." 

Such is the quality of the "documentation" on which much of Captain Riley's scenario is constructed. Hopefully, these examples will help explain why the editors of The New American have opted to undertake a much deeper_and therefore more time-consuming_look at the issue of alleged Gulf War illness than some of our readers (and a handful of JBS members) who have been impressed by Captain Riley's message would prefer. The top priority is accuracy.

I will leave Joyce Riley to self implode. Those anti-Americans who wish to continue the sham - have at it. As Jackie Patru stated; "we (YOU) do not deserve Peter Kawaja". She's right - you do not deserve me.  (if the shoe fits - wear it).

Q. You stated in a document; does the US/ISRAEL have control of Prussian Blue or does Iraq? You also stated that there is more than one version of Prussian Blue, could you expound?

A. Okay - a certain person also brought this up today (VERY TIMELY), so here goes. Note that there is no short answer, and secondly - in the past years when I gave away information to be used to prosecute the war crimes, people have been made to disappear or been dead-ed. I can only give you what I can for now.

It is widely believed that Prussian Blue is merely a Cyanide. And as stated, there were numerous tests conducted in Desert Storm. Some of them were for the development of new drugs to sell to the public and were done under the guise of IND's (investigational new drugs) and INP's (investigational new Products). We won't even travel the road of Title-50 USC section 1520, 1520a, using Americans as guinea pigs for testing weapons of mass destruction.

I also find it very timely that this document has surfaced which was sent to me;

FDA ENCOURAGES NEW DRUG APPLICATION SUBMISSIONS FOR PRUSSIAN BLUE AS A TREATMENT FOR THALLIUM OR RADIOACTIVE CESIUM CONTAMINATION

Today the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) called for manufacturers to submit marketing applications for Prussian blue, a mineral compound known as ferric hexacyanoferrate(II), that has been shown to be safe and effective in treating people exposed to radioactive elements such as cesium-137.

"Today's action is part of our continuing effort to foster the development and availability of countermeasures to terrorist attacks," said Tommy G. Thompson, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, "We must and will do more to prepare and protect Americans against the threat of bioterrorism."

After a review of cases in published literature, FDA determined that 500-mg. Prussian blue capsules would be safe and effective for the treatment of patients with known or suspected internal contamination with radioactive thallium, non-radioactive thallium, or radioactive cesium. At this time, there are no FDA-approved treatments for internal contamination with thallium or radioactive cesium.

Prussian blue is the first therapy that would be available to immediately help reduce the body’s burden of exposure to radioactive particles (isotopes). By binding with the radioactive particles while they are in the gut, Prussian blue captures the isotopes and causes them to be eliminated from the body.

“FDA is working to protect U.S. citizens who may be exposed to radioactive materials released from terrorist attacks using a dirty-bomb,” said Dr. Mark B. McClellan, FDA Commissioner. “FDA’s guidance to industry and approved labeling for Prussian blue products gives manufacturers critical information necessary for producing an FDA-approved product to counter terrorism.”

Cesium-137 is a product found in the fallout from the detonation of nuclear weapons and in the waste from nuclear power plants. In appropriate doses, it is also used as a source of radiation for cancer treatments. Cesium-137 contamination can cause serious illness or death and has been associated with cancer occurring long after exposure.

In addition to concerns about accidental industrial and medical exposure, cesium-137 is of particular concern because it is a potential component of a conventional explosive device (a “dirty bomb”) containing radioactive material. Although this radiological dispersal device is not a nuclear bomb, it is detonated as a means to spread radioactive material.

In determining the safety and effectiveness of Prussian blue, FDA evaluated reports of a 1987 incident in Brazil, where 250 people were contaminated with cesium-137 that had been abandoned after use in a cancer clinic. The reports showed that Prussian blue reduced the time the body was contaminated with cesium-137. Additional data from the literature, including a study of 7 human volunteers contaminated with trace doses of cesium-137, and reports on 19 patients in other incidents show a similar reduction in the biological half-life of the cesium after Prussian blue administration New Drug Applications.

Thallium, occurring naturally in several minerals and ores, is very toxic. In the form of thallium sulfate, it has previously been used as a rat and ant poison, while other thallium compounds are still used in manufacturing semiconductors, photocells, and optical glass.

Thallium-201, a radioactive isotope of thallium, is used in small doses as a radio-imaging agent in clinical diagnostic procedures. Exposure to higher doses of radioactive or non-radioactive thallium causes severe gastrointestinal symptoms followed by neurological symptoms, which may cause death.

The main side effects of Prussian blue are constipation and nonspecific gastrointestinal distress. Other rare adverse events are discussed in the published literature and in the draft labeling the agency prepared. Prussian blue was first synthesized in 1704 and has been used as an industrial and artist’s pigment since 1724. It has been used experimentally since the 1960s as an orally ingested drug to increase fecal excretion of cesium and thallium from the body without it being absorbed through the intestines in the process.

FDA encourages the submission of New Drug Applications for Prussian blue drug products, which when produced under the conditions specified in the Federal Register notice assures that the product is safe and effective. Because the FDA has already completed the safety and efficacy review work, applicants need only to submit the chemistry information for the Prussian blue product they make. To facilitate the process, the agency has prepared draft labeling and has published a guidance document on how to submit these applications.

Q. What is a Vaccine?

A. Many authorities sincerely believe all vaccines are safe for all humans, and rely on learned peers for their information. From what I have seen, studied and know -  It is another word for a Biological Weapon introduced directly into your blood stream. Some inoculations can work, others modified with adjuvants, mycoplasmas of a special kind are in fact a "weapon of slow death" or can be used as a vector-carrier laying dormant until "activated at will externally" by Part-2.  And as some may have read as I did long ago - the Israelis have been working on (and have) such a DNA specific "weapon". 

THE question again is - did Saddam give you the Plague you are carrying?  

With the BACK-to-BACK Smallpox and Anthrax vaccines given to current service-members who are now in the Gulf region, do you think we MUST go to war "sooner than later", else how do you explain filled body bags.............. IF THERE IS NO WAR?

Oh forgot - we are going to bury them "over there" to make sure we do not contaminate US soil, so sorry - no evidence will be available to establish cause of deaths.

VETERANS & the civilian populations-take special note on what I was saying back in 1993/4 before the internet was available and before the Junited States brought out their controlled oppositon to tell you something else.

These are excerpts from a presentation I did when I was talking before veterans groups, Constitutionists, and militias between 1991-1993.  These few notes are selected from the myriad of documents over the last 13 years, information the controlled opposition whores did not allow veterans to know.

Current information is mixed with these excerpts with a commentary by a Gulf Veteran who used to work with me until he was threatened many years ago.

Was the War with Iraq a planned event ? BY WHOM?  If not, how did the DOD know to prepare certain specific Vaccines over a year in advance /  How did the DOD know that long in advance, that Iraq (or someone else) would use a specific weapon to which the DOD would need that specific Vaccine ?

Where did the DOD get their supply of Antibotulism ?   Was it from Horses ?

Why did the Joint Chiefs of staff become ranchers, and what happened to the two ARMY  Horses named ABE and FIRST FLIGHT who were pastured in Minnesota producing antitoxins, and were immunized with gradually increasing dosages of Botulinum, so that the horses built up a tolerance level until they could survive HOT TOXIN capable of killing a thousand horses.  The Plasma was then drawn from their blood and converted into vaccine.  This process was continued by doing the same with other horses, until by the time of the war with Iraq, there were over 100 steeds that were pastured at Fort Detrick Maryland, all producing blood for vaccines.   So, ask them again, was the war with Iraq and the use of certain chemical and biological agents, planned in advance ?  and were you used as a guinea pig in this chess game ?

Why was it necessary to call up so many troops and even the reserves, some 700,000 AMERICANS, to fight a tiny little country like Iraq ?  Why was it necessary to build-up so many troops in the Gulf, which took several months ?

Why did the US then call up and re-deploy another 300,000 plus troops to the Gulf in October 1994, and AGAIN for a second time administered the same type of drugs and vaccines in spite of the thousands of already existing cases of Gulf Syndrome, and stated the DOD at that time did not know the cause for Gulf Syndrome and whether these drugs and vaccines were part of the cause or involved with Gulf Syndrome ?

What Agents (Nerve or otherwise), by name, was the Pyridostigmine Bromide Pill Targeted for ?

What was the original targeted nerve agents effect, stated by the DOD, in detail, without the administration of the PB pill as a protection ?

Since the DOD had to justify the use of the PB pill, there must have been a statement of exactly what would happen to soldiers affected by the targeted nerve agents without protection of the pill.

Why was it worded in the federal register (#21 CFR Part 50) Page 52815, that this "Investigational Product is the only satisfactory protection against life threatening conditions", when the U.S Military had other means to protect soldiers, such as Gas Masks and Chemical Protective Suits ?

The DOD has only listed 4 Nerve Agents as being a threat to coalition forces during Operation Desert Storm.  These were : Tabun GA, Sarin GB, Soman GD, and VX.  Was there a fifth Nerve Agent Present ?

Was the Threat from a Nerve Agent we, the U.S Military could not defend against ? Was the fifth Nerve Agents Name "GF" ? Where does GF originate from ?  (US).

Was this Nerve Agents Chemical Name  CYCLOHEXYL METHLYPHOSPHONOFLOURIDATE ? 

Was the fifth Nerve Agent Chemical Structure or Formula C7 H14 PF (02) ?

Is the PB pill a nerve agent pretreatment only, or is it also a Biological Agent Counteractant? 

Was the PB pill a one to one match-up for the Nerve agent GF ?

What were the vaccines, by name, approved for use by DOD during the Persian Gulf War to inoculate the troops ?

What vaccines, by name, fell under the special rules of the IND and Informed Consent Waivers during the war ?

Law prevents DOD from using federal funds to do human research with federal funds.  How was the research on the IND's done, and who by name, funded it ? 

Was the President of the United States involved in the request for the Waivers for DOD directly ?

The agent GF is only listed or mentioned in one piece of literature that has been made publicly available or distributed.  On the footnote there is mention that both GB and GF are produced by the combination of DF and "appropriate chemicals".  What are these "chemicals" ?

If there is an investigation taking place, who, by name, would be involved, so that I may contact them ?   I wish to be kept fully informed of their actions and findings in these matters.

Are there any classified or unclassified documents concerning DOD's Application for IND and Informed Consent Waivers for the Persian Gulf War ?

Where are they kept, and how can I have access to them ?

The PB Pill, as of 1994, has a new use ; to alleviate the symptoms of Alzheimer's.  Is this approved by the FDA, and if so, WHERE are the years of study (trials) to prove its safety in this new use ?  Were they provided by the DOD ?

Did the DOD waive the rights of the reporters and civilians in the Persian Gulf also, and has this resulted in the death of at least one CBS reporter already ?

Did the FDA or the DOD consult or mention in any of its reports or meetings, the Nuremberg Code, the Declaration of Helsinki, or the Common Rule, when making its decisions on Granting these Waivers ?

Is Dr. Barbouti a (Federal) Agent of the United States, or Israel ?  and If not, WHY has he and Haidar Barbouti not been prosecuted for war crimes ?

Is this why President Bush did not wish to issue American Forces with the same type of quick change filters on gas masks the other coalition forces had ? WHY ?  Did President Bush know that it would not have mattered to spend the money to give us Americans better Gas Masks, because he knew about Prussian Blue ?   

Who then used Prussian Blue? If Saddam, how did he get it, when specifically, and how did he know where to test it and on specific US service-groups seeing only US military commanders knew where they would be in the theatre (not Saddam) and the US-VA would be drawing their blood on return?

The DOD applied for an Informed Consent Waiver. Exactly, by name, what was this waiver for ?

Who, by name, in DOD, first applied for the informed consent waiver ?

Who, by name, in the FDA, was this request made to, and when was it first applied for ?

The agreement with the FDA and DOD had, as guidelines, a statement that DOD would keep records of its administrations of the Drugs and Vaccines the waivers were for.  This was one of the conditions these waiver were granted under, yet when it was proven that DOD did no such thing and broke the agreement in Operation Desert Storm, they were not reprimanded.  The waivers were used Again in October of 1994.  Instead of being revoked as it had been stated they would in the agreement, in the case of non-compliance, it was ignored by the FDA.  These IND's were left in the hands of the Operational Commander rather than Health Professionals, to choose when to use them.  This is a flagrant violation of the agreement.   Why was this allowed.  

What type of testing was being performed on American Troops ?

When were the waivers actually activated ?

Are the Waivers still in effect ?

What is the FDA's definition of an IND ?

What is the FDA's definition of an investigational Product as opposed to an investigational new drug ?   Is there a difference ?

Why is it worded investigational Product instead of Investigational new drug in the Federal Register about the Waivers ?

Has the DOD applied for a "blanket waiver", or something similar for IND's and Informed Consent ?
