And, finally ending up this letter by demonstrating how the 'Kol Hidre" oath has placed the justice system of this great Nation in ex- treme jeopardy, and how 'Public Law 102-14* by Joint Resolution (please note, I said "resolution") 104 on March 20, 1991, designated March 26, 1991, the start of the ninetieth year of Rabbi Mendel Schneerson leader of the worldwide "Lubavitch Movement", as "Education Day, U.S.A.", and, wherein the House and Senate requested the President issue a proclama- tion calling upon the people of the United States to observe such day with appropriate ceremonies and activities, would, in conjunction with •Kol »ldre", be the "kiss of death" of ALL laws of this great Nation! I Although Public Law 102-14 is only a "Joint Resolution", it can easily be changed from a resolution to a "law" in a matter of minutes, and would then by the terms of the resolution "return the world to the moral and ethical values contained in the Seven Noahide laws', which, "with further recognition by other nations and international courts, could be- come the cornerstones of a truly civilized international legal order*, as so expressed by Ernest Easterly, Professor of International Laws at the Southern University Law Center. However, it's not too likely that the Congress would ever pass it into law, for the simple reason that all other resolutions passed by Congress, although not law, were neverthe- less treated as law, as they have done with the Internal Revenue Code (Title 26, United States Code) and 27 other United States Codes? so why would they be different this time and change it from a resolution to a law? I know you can be charged with violating a law, but I know of no way you can be charged with violating a resolution, do you, Ted. Conse- quently, when Congress acts on a resolution as if it were a law, the way I look at it, is they can never be charged with violating a law, for the simple reason it was never a law, but merely a resolution. Do you think perhaps, Ted, that's the reason they have proceeded in the manner they have for the last 60 plus years? Please note the use of the word "world" in the above quotation ("return the world to the noxal and ethical val- ues..."). The "world", of course, being the "New World Order". When the 'Noahide Laws" were passed 3,000 years ago, the law stated: "This law shall be enforced in all the courts of the land." There are seven (7) Noahide Laws, which on the surface might appear to be harmless. However, the problem is that the Jews and Christians do not have the same under- standing of what these laws mean. For exanple, "idolatry" to a Jew, would be any form of star worship such as astrology, and women donning men's garments and men donning women's garments. Even possessing such things as crosses, souvenir images of Buddha, statutes of animals, cath- olic statutes, etc. would be forbidden. The penalty, according to the Jewish Encyclopedia, is DEATHI With few exceptions, the punishment meted out for the transgression of AMY of the seven laws is DBCAPITATIOH I As is clearly obvious. Public Law 102-14 in the form of a resolution, can easily develop into an horrendous and devastating law. If you think it was not intended for that purpose, then why was the resolution passed?
